Director of Human Resources
Santa Monica, CA
The Director of Human Resources will build and lead the HR function at ROS. He, she or they will help create and personally lead all key HR functions both large and small and including performance management, organizational development, recruiting, resume screening and compliance. We believe that among other things, the successful candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (preferably at a content studio or other creative company), a broad understanding of the HR function and the associated processes common in large and mature companies.
